How to use the automated tee time reservation system
The most frequent use of the Tee Time Reservation system is to check what time you have been assigned by the lottery.

First Time Users:
Upon connection to the phone system:
Press 1 (to Book or Verify a tee time).
Enter your Recreation Card number.
Press 3 if you wish to record your name. (This is highly recommended.)

To Verify a Reservation
Dial 623-544-6044; make connection and Press 1 ( Book or Verify).
Enter Recreation Card number.
Press 2 to Verify
Press 1 to search for your tee time. The response will be: “One of __, (where __ is the number of your future tee times) then the date and time of the 1st tee time, followed by the names of the other players.
After listening to the information on your first tee time you may:
        Press 1 to repeat this information
        Press 2  to search for a previous tee time
        Press 3 to search for  a later tee time
        Press 4 to modify
        Press 6 for the main menu.
We request that you call the pro shop to modify or cancel a tee time.

Making a confirmed tee time reservation
Note: It is requested that tee time requests for 9-HOLE PLAY be submitted on the paper tee slips or by calling a golf course pro shop.

Once the lottery for a specific date has been held, confirmed tee time reservations can be made by visiting the golf courses, by using the telephone reservation system or by using WebTimes. You are allowed to book confirmed tee times by telephone up to six days in advance of the date of play. Following is an explanation of this process:

Dial 623-544-6044
Press 1 to "book" or verify
Enter your Recreation Card number.
Press 1 to make a request
Select the day of the week you want to play:

(Sun = 1, Mon = 2, Tues = 3, Wed. = 4, Thurs = 5,
Fri = 6, Sat = 7)
Press 1 for the upcoming week.
Select the course you wish to play. (You may select up to three in the order of preference.)

Pebblebrook = 1,
Trail Ridge = 2
Deer Valley = 3
Grandview = 4
Echo Mesa = 5
Stardust = 6
Desert Trails = 7

Including yourself, enter the number of players in your group.
Enter IDs for additional players, or # for guest.
A response indicating an available time will be heard - follow the instructions until your booking is complete.

After the request is repeated, Press 1 if correct or Press 2 to cancel this request and re-enter your request.
